He specializes in EDM music such as Deep House, Tech House, NuDisco, Electro, 90s dance, Trap, and Future. Not only does he spin electronic dance hits but he also has the ability to mix in any other genres ranging from HipHop, Top40, Oldschool, Latin, Country & more.

Benvy started out as a Radio DJ in Corpus Christi, TX playing top 40 remix sets on a pop station called Planet 102.3. He then transitioned his talents onto the dance floor and quickly became one of the hottest DJ’s in his city holding numerous residencies at local clubs such as Aria Sky Terrace, House of Rock and Abyss Night Club.

Benvy has also mixed music for big retail outlets and corporations such as the American Bank Center, MAC Cosmetics, Oakley's, and Victoria’s Secret. As for main events, he has played at the Color Me Rad 5k Run After Party, What’s Good MicroStreet Festival in Downtown Corpus Christi, Waka Flocka Spring Break Tour at the Old Concrete Street Amphitheater and Redbull Play & Destroy. In the great city of Austin, Benvy has mixed at spots such as Speakeasy, Last Call, Boomerz, Alcove Cantina, Rock Sports Bar and he currently holds a monthly residency at TopGolf Austin.
